Marketing · Local SEO · Niagara region only
Most agencies sell you one of them and leave you to figure out the other three. I do the whole path — for businesses close enough that I can drive to them.
The only businesses I work with are ones I can drive to

4 stages
Get ranked
Show up when somebody nearby is already searching for what you do.
Somewhere to land
A website and landing pages built to sell, not just to exist.
Get attention
Reels, organic content and ads — for everyone who isn’t searching yet.
Turn it into money
Booking, follow-up and a funnel, so the ones who were interested don’t leak away.
Where & what
GScales is a marketing agency based in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The work covers Google Business Profile ranking and local SEO, website and landing page design, short-form video and social media content, paid ads, and the booking and follow-up that turns an enquiry into a paying customer.
If somebody near you is searching plumber near me, electrician near me, dentist near me or whatever it is you actually do, the businesses in the top three get the call. Getting you into that group, and proving it with a before-and-after rank grid, is the first thing I do.
Areas served: St. Catharines · Niagara Falls · Welland · Thorold · Fonthill · Niagara-on-the-Lake · Grimsby · Port Colborne. Nowhere else — if I can’t drive to you, I’m not the right person.
What owners actually say
Most owners can feel it long before they can name it. It usually shows up as one of these four — and it’s almost never only one.
“Nobody finds me on Google.”
You know people search for what you do every day. You just never come up unless they already know your name.
Stage 01 · Get ranked“My website doesn’t do anything.”
It’s been up for years. It looks alright. Nobody who lands on it ever picks up the phone.
Stage 02 · Somewhere to land“I post and nothing happens.”
Or you stopped posting, because six months of it produced no work you could point at.
Stage 03 · Get attention“Leads come in and vanish.”
Somebody messages, you get busy on a job, three days go by, and they’ve already booked someone else.
Stage 04 · Turn it into moneyWhy nothing worked last time
An SEO company sells you rankings. A web shop sells you a redesign. Somebody’s nephew sells you reels. Each one does their piece, invoices you, and leaves.
But ranking first for a search, on a website that doesn’t convince anyone, gets you nothing. A beautiful website nobody can find gets you nothing. Twenty thousand views with nowhere to send them gets you nothing. Every one of those pieces is worthless alone, and all three of them were sold to you alone.
That’s the reason you’ve paid three different people and still can’t point at a single customer who came from any of it. It wasn’t that they did bad work. It’s that nobody owned the whole path from a stranger to a sale, so nobody was ever responsible for whether it produced one.
Why one person is cheaper
This is the part nobody explains to you, and it’s the whole reason the path is cheaper to run as one job than as four.
Google partly decides where to rank you on whether your profile looks alive — posted to recently, new photos, somebody clearly still minding it. Meanwhile your customers decide whether to pick you based on whether they can see the actual place and the actual person. Both of those needs are solved by the same afternoon of filming.
An SEO company has no footage, so your profile stays empty. A content agency has nowhere to put the footage except Instagram. I shoot it once and it feeds all four stages, which is why hiring one person for the path costs less than hiring four people for the pieces.
Who I work with
If your customers find you by searching, asking a neighbour, or driving past — this is built for you. If you sell online to the whole country, I’m the wrong person.
HVAC · Plumbing · Electrical · Roofing · Concrete · Landscaping · Renovation · Painting · Junk removal · Garage doors
Osteopathy · Physiotherapy · Chiropractic · Massage · Dental · Optometry · Med spa · Veterinary
Restaurants · Cafés · Auto detailing · Auto service · Barbers & salons · Gyms & studios · Real estate · Financial services
Where most people start
You don’t buy the whole path at once, and I’d talk you out of it if you tried. We start wherever yours is actually leaking, and for most businesses around here that’s stage one — people are already searching, and you’re not coming up.
So the usual first step is getting ranked: a picture of where you rank today, three months of work, and the same picture again at the end. If it isn’t greener, I keep going for free until it is.
Three months is the minimum because that’s how long the work actually takes to show — anyone selling you a faster version is guessing. It’s also the cheapest way to find out whether I’m any good before you trust me with anything bigger, and that part is deliberate.

Tell me what you do and what town you’re in. Before we ever speak I’ll check where you rank, look at your website and your profile, and tell you which of the four is costing you the most.
It isn’t a sales call with slides. Fifteen minutes, you keep whatever I find, and there’s no obligation to do anything about it.
